[edit] Apologies. This occurs for all of the following clubs: 5525, 2078400, and 3785939.

Hi there,

For the past several weeks, I've been seeing a sporadic issue when I try to log in as a user (not as an admin). I start to enter my user name, click on my full name when it appears, then enter my password. When I click the Authenticate button, nothing happens. I don't see the little spinner and the login pop-up stays displayed. If I reload the whole page and try again, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Eventually, I always get in, but it may take several reloads/retries before I'm successful. This happens on the sites for all 3 of the clubs I belong to. I've recorded a video here, in case it's helpful to you: opfocus.zoom.us/rec/share/LlPXkU7Mzi-GGH...rtTime=1665955327000

I've been logging in for years with no problems. If there's anything I can do to help you diagnose this problem, please let me know. Thank you!

Have you tried using a different device?  If so, do you have the same issue?
Do you use a VPN?  If so, can you try logging out with it turned off?
Do other members of your club have the same problem?

My guess is that it is something to do with your computer/device.

Hi MJ! I suspect that your password filler is clashing with our autocomplete drop-down in the dialog.  I found the following via a Google search that may be helpful if you wish to disable it for the relevant websites:  1password.community/discussion/28328/is-there-an-exception-list

Also, I generally tell people who wish to use a password filler with FTH logins that they will usually have fewer headaches if they have their password filler type in their primary email address for the member login.

It also appears from the video that your browser is telling you to load its update.

This is very likely a clash of JavaScript between your password filler and our dialog JavaScript.  If you temporarily disable your password filler and/or any browser add-ins, do you see a difference?

Can you also click the reload link at the bottom of your screen to ensure you have the latest JavaScript for the system?
