Good morning. I am the admin for our club website. I've noticed that I am unable to post a Meeting Note to online agendas as a member, nor as admin to "all club members", I can post a meeting Notes for one other member at a time, but not to all members of the club. For example, I want to post a meeting note for members to read the mins before the meeting, so we dont have to read during the meeting, and save that valuable time.  Other members of my club can do this.  I have reviewed the website settings for "who can do what" area but nothing is jumping out at me :(  Can you help?

You must be logged in as a member to do those things.

Thank you Brian!  I seen your note :)  I must have been logged in all three trys as the admin, as well as my member account, but the member login as the second login!   It makes sense that "Admin" isnt a member and hence shouldnt be posting!  Thank you so the help and the "claritin!"
I'll be sure to run a separate session in my browser for the "Admin" to do functions.  Whew!

You should be able to be logged in as both the Admin and as a member in the same session.   That is the way it is intended to work.
