Hello,

I am Jerry Ward, a member of the Reedsburg Area Toastmasters Club and an administrator of our clubs website on Free ToastHost.  I am attemptomg to assist another member of our club to gain access, as a member, to our website.  When she attempts to login in, I get an email, as an adminitrator, indicating she is attempting to sign in and that she will recieve an email containing a link for her to register.  She never gets the email.  We suspect that this is probably because of the email on file is incorrect as she changed emails about 2 1/2 years ago.  I am unable to find a way to update member emails within the Club website.  If you could provide me information regarding what the source of member emails is I would much appreciate it.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

1) we always require the club number to assist you.

2) To find an issue with a member we need at least their fist name.

3) The Club website administrator should know how to change a members email.
