Hi team,

We would like to have the ability to add Guests and/or Prospects to FTH without the system sending them an email to opt in.  The intent is to track those people and follow up with them periodically without them opting out of the automatically generated emails that they may not expect.

When converting a guest/prospect into a member, the auto-email can get sent to them when moving them from one category to another.  This will allow us to maintain better control over communications while also respecting those guests/prospects.

Is this possible?

Unfortunatel we have to abide by the GDPR redulations - see details here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...nagement-must-opt-in

I'd suggest sending a personal email explaining to the guest that you'd like to keep their details on your website and ask them to accept when they get the request.  If you enter their details just afterwards, the 2 emails should arrive soon after each other.

FTH will NEVER allow the adding of anyone to any category without them opting in.
