The automatic email sent to a guest entered in Membership Management has some misleading text listed below that implies that guests can sign on to the club website -- though they cannot.
Is there any way that I can modify this text?  Or, is possible for you to remove this from the text for non-members?
There is some helpful function associated with Guest listing that we would like to use.
Thank you,
Annette Rude, club #8825, Overland Park Toastmasters.

The only service they are agreeing to is to accept email from the club website.
They can access any public page at anytime.

What do you suggest as a new wording?

The email already explains how their information will be used.  I recommend the following change or excluding the sentence completely.
"If you decline to allow your contact information to be added, you will be *deleted* from the website contact list."
I appreciate your help.
