In the last few weeks the club email forwarding is returning errors.  We can't send messages to members@.... officers@, even president,vpe,vpm.
The members get the email message when we send out the agenda, the VPM gets a message when someone request information about the club.

Is there something I can do as the admin? 
Is there a general reset that can be applied?
Is there a setting that may have or needs to be set?

One of the returned error messages....

We need your club number to investigate.

Do you have a custom website domain?  If so, please check that your DNS settings are correct - documentation is provided here:

Also checked out one of the sites suggested to verify that the club URL is pointing to the proper IP address. Tried this with and without www. and with mail. prefix all pointed what I think is the proper IP address.

DNS entries are changed at your registrar, which appears to be GoDaddy. Your club should have a login/password to enable you to do that.
