Recently, when using the TI Link on our FTH site, it goes to the Toastmasters, org and I am able to log in.  However, right after I log in on the TI website, it loops me back to my club FTH site.    It is doing this whether I am logged onto my FTH site or not.  I checked with another club, Capital City Toastmasters, 1313356.toastmastersclubs.org/ and it does the same for the Club President Sue Rankin.

Since I am able to log into the toastmasters.org from the FTH link, it seems there must be something different at the TI website that isn't allowing me to continue after logging in.

Toastmasters.org and FTH know nothing about each other.

Your club contact link on Toastmasters.org is mtv-il.toastmastersclubs.org/ this does NOT match your club alias which is mtvil

The Toastmasters link on your FTH site takes you to www.toastmasters.org/

I suggest you clear your browser cache and cookies. and try to replicate the issue.

If if still happens.

Tell me the exact steps you take to make it happen. so I can duplicate.

Thank you,

Interesting - I've just tested this and had a similar experience:
  • Logging on to TI using the link at the bottom of the FTH club website main menu (Windows 10 laptop)- goes correctly to the TI website, which allows me to login (name and password), goes through the login process and opens the TI page but immediately refreshes and goes back to the club website.  I clicked the same link again and it took me back to the TI website in logged in status.
  • I repeated this test logged in to club website as admin & member,  and not logged in at all - both have the same result
  • I did the same test using my iPad (Safari).  This time the page that opened immediately after the TI login and refresh was a page on my District website (not back to the FTH website)
  • Logging in to TI from a different bookmark (not FTH) works correctly (TI site stays open after logging in)
  • I've also added a link style menu item on my club website to www.toastmasters.org/  That works as expected
Solution until this can be checked and fixed:
Click the link again when you get back to the club site, or log in to TI from elsewhere
