As VP-Education (and web admin) I am emailing agendas quite often. I have read the documentation at  FreeToastHost 3 - Emailing agendas (toastmastersclubs.org)  and see the pull-downs shown but not discussed in detail.  I have two questions.
  1. Options: "Don't Email Absentees".  Who is an absentee?
  2. Send This Email To: has check-boxes for a number of club role and also includes meeting roles. How does it know who is in the meeting roles? Does the agenda item need to follow certain naming conventions for the role to be correctly picked up?

Brian, Thank you for confirming definition of Absentee.

For the roles picklist, which also occurs in the Agenda global settings for role change notifications, how does FTH recognize who is Table Topics Master.  In our agenda we have named it Table Topics Facilitator.  Do our agenda item names have to match precisely?

The agenda has one item titled *Table Topic*s Facilitator and another as Best *Table Topic*.  We've written it that way so that the second appearance gets automatic signup. But can FTH recognize that role assignment as being the "Table Topics Master"?  Do I need a corresponding role synonym phrase to be included in the List of Role / Agenda Item Synonyms for Role Reports section of Agenda global settings?
