I am wondering if there is a form or way to bulk edit the agendas for planning future schedules? Our club has moved to assigning roles for the upcoming 6 weeks. This would be easy if we were just using a spreadsheet, but I am trying to figure out the best way to do this using Free Host Toast, making sure that rolls get rotated.

Currently, I am exporting the sign up sheets for any planned weeks, pasting them into a google sheets so I can get an overview and try to rotate roles accordingly for the next 6 weeks. This is an imperfect approach as I'm having to do double the work and it's easy to make mistakes. There's also the possibility of people signing up for a role while I'm changing the schedule. Then when people want to change rolls, it has become a bit of a hassle.

There is no bulk edit of the agendas, they can only be edited one at a time.  Members can use the Quick Role Sign Up feature
Are you using the Meeting Role Tally report?  That provides counts of past and future roles directly from the agendas.
If you don't want members to sign up for roles, uncheck "This is a role for which members can sign up"
