My guess is that your VPM has checked "Do NOT create a club officer email address for me" on their member profile. We have discovered that our VP Membership is not one of the club email addresses. She has been getting a lot of enquiries from Facebook who were claiming that vpm@nottinghamtoastmasters was bouncing back. Is it possible to add that to our list of club email addresses? John

Your VPM needs to uncheck this option in her member profile. She'll have to do it because her profile also has the option checked to prevent the site admin from editing her profile. Once this is done vpm@ address will be active and appear in your email list.
