Meeting Agenda Settings - Unrequested Meeting Description Changes 2 months 2 weeks ago #94763

May need guidance on revising an existing agenda template. I recently added a "boilerplate" to my regular meeting agenda. When I did this, I thought I saved as a new template; I did rename the template. Anyway, for many, many previous meetings going back like 4 years, if the "Meeting Description" field was empty, my boilerplate populated those meetings. I'm looking for the easiest way to correct.
1) Is there a way to wipe out the meeting descriptions in 1 step without losing meeting agenda items already populated in past and future meetings? Is there an underlying way to correct the template that those meetings were created from? Risks of losing meeting details? 2) How do I ensure the latest version of my template is used going forward only? |
