I'm experiencing the same with my club as well:
521.toastmastersclubs.org Software error:Cannot connect to MySQL database. Error=[Too many connections]
at /var/www/cgi-bin/dbi_db.pl line 66.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (This email address is being protected from spambots. The error message Error=[Too many connections] ... might mean the tech stack is good, but MySQL is not able to handle the load after being down overnight. Too many "refreshes" may be? Worldwide remember. Email is also down. I hope we can recover soon. I am an IT Professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. Leaders Club 5342839 District 106
