EASY CHANGE....

change the line under the comment box to encourage commenting for confirms...
The example below shows how we use it with moderate success.
It's all about training and club culture.

SUPER EASY REQUEST
CHANGE
This is a great place to let the other members know if you cannot make the meeting.

TO
This is a a great place to let club members know you are CONFIRMING your role (or unable to attend).

EXAMPLE
Meeting Notes:
Becky Casey CL: Unable to attend; meeting conflict at this time.
Nancy Bateman DTM: Confirming as EVALUATOR 3.

We all would love to believe all club members will be in attendance and graciously tell us in advance if they for some reason will not, but that's not reality. This wee change will help clubs build culture of affirmation, commitment and communication.

The comment box allows me to edit it by clicking on the small edit pencil in the upper right corner. From what I've been told by other members this edit pencil is not available to them... is this correct or do they just not see it? I was guessing that the edit pencil was only viewable by club officers?
