I want to be able to send the meeting agenda to various groups. Currently, I have the option to send the agenda to the VPE, the Toastmaster, and all members. I want to also have the option to just send to the speakers and all role participants.

A secondary request is to be able to select template text to include at the top of the agenda. For example, in one email I want to ask the speakers to confirm their speaking slots. In another email, I want to remind the Toastmaster to contact the speakers to get their speech info and introduction. In a third email, I want to add text to the participants to ask that they let us know if they need to cancel (and let them know that they can do it directly through the site).

Can we add these options?

We are all volunteers that contribute our spare time to the system, including me. We are also very involved with other TM activities--I am a division director, for example.

I am the only system developer currently. I will evaluate the merits of various improvement suggestions at the point in time when I am working on the relevant area of the system. I will be working on the agenda system probably early next year, as my spare time permits.

Bottom Line: Do not expect an instantaneous turn-around on improvement suggestions. However, with enough patience, persistence, and support of other users, improvement suggestions do tend to get implemented eventually. I put a higher priority on those that other users have responded in favor of and those that would benefit a lot of users/clubs/districts.
