We recently switch to the new FTH website and for the most part everyone loves it. Our old system did have a nice feature that this one is lacKing, that is the ability to automate reminders for members to sign up for roles. If you could automate an email with the next agenda to be sent out to members that would be a great help.

I agree!!! In fact, its the only reason I got on here today!!

Ideally we should be able to have the agenda go out multiple times over the course of a week to remind people to sign up for a role. I've noted that our current membership has had a lot of impromptu meetings due to the agenda not going out regularly. While this is a job for the Education VP, its something that really should be automated so the VPE can focus on bigger things, like working with members on projects et al.

BTW, here's how I would foresee reminders going out:
1 - Day after the meeting, agenda sends out (enough time for the VPE to add anyone to the agenda from an inhouse/meeting sheet)
2 - 2-3 days later (ours would fall on a Monday, as our meeting is on Thursday evening)
3 - Day before the meeting
4 - 4-8 hours before the meeting (be top of mind to remind people to attend)

I suppose you could have options up to 7 reminders, but it becomes spammy otherwise (the above might be on that border line as it is!!)

There is no reason to send out that many reminders. you are not dealing with children, your members are adults.

Most clubs send out one (1) reminder 2 or 3 days before the meeting. If they need more than that the members can setup their own calendar reminders.
