To the team the built the site Great Job.
I'm nealy 4 months into the site and it is a big help to me to see the roles and speeches reports, I would like someway to record the past achievements in CC and CL manuals. is it possible to expand the membership management module to show 1 to 10 of the CC manual and 1 to 10 of the CL.
I was asked to provide a club status report on DCP goals I did the speech report and roles report and then had to did deep to find the current member status via phone and email, I would like to update that for the next report due in a month or two I thought I could add it into the BIO.
I think adding a CC progress field and a CL progress field in the member details would really enhance the reporting power.

I have people asking me how I built the Burwood site it was easy and quick.
thank team.

The system will track meeting roles and speeches, but it currently has no way of tying that to awards. There is currently no "starting point" to indicate where someone started in their awards progress or a way to project when someone will achieve a particular award.

It is something I hope to address in the future as I have spare time available to address it. (I am currently the only developer working on this in my spare time. I am also a TM district officer.)

Thanks Steve,
I understand how busy you must be, I'm looking at a area Director role next year.
for now I will use the BIO field to record educational awards, I have a running tally for CC, CL and AC as an agenda Item and that works.
I have a running tally of DCP status also as a item.

You can add a custom page link to your "live" DCP report on TI using this url:
http://dashboards.toastmasters.org/ClubReport.aspx?id=0000xxxx
where xxxx is your club number. You need the leading zeroes after ?id= for a total of 8 digits.

I think this fits right into my own inquiry for my club's website.

Is it possible to make a member's only page that acts like a live Member Achievement Record? I've seen other clubs post simply the document but I would like my members to be able to look up where they stand and be able to contact our VP Ed to correct if they so choose.

My club currently doesn't have a big board for everyone to see their progress and I don't want a physical one at meetings primarily because we don't have storage space, but also due to my opinion that it might be intimidating to new members since we're a university club. However, an online version would be really helpful for our members.

I suppose I could make a slap-dash table, but is there any other way to make a functioning member achievement record page?

website is intonaition.toastmastersclubs.org, club # 2113872

There actually is a way to show completed member awards, using the tool below.

Set up a link for each member in your club, either on a seprate custom page, or all of them on the same page, and wrap the output of this report in an iframe:

www.marshalls.org/tmtools/Club_Ed.cgi?m=Brown%2C+Nicolas+N.

Alternatively, you could show all awards credited to the club, using a similar report:

www.marshalls.org/tmtools/Club_Ed.cgi?c=2113872&Go=Club+Awards

Thank you, that is fantastic! I knew about the raffety reports but never heard about the marshalls website.

This doesn't quite fit the full member achievement record, but it's a start!

Our club uses Google Drive. We have a spreadsheet with the manuals listed across the top and the members names down the side. We also colour code and group the members. Those working on their CC's are green, those on ACB are bronze, ACS are silver and ACG are yellow. Those going around a second time are a darker shade of the same colour. We don't worry about which projects have been completed in each manual, just how many have been completed, so only one column per manual . We also have a column for each of the Educational Series (colouring gets a bit more complicated there due to overlap - ALB & ACS). Getting the spreadsheet built up was a bit time consuming as we had to get the details from individual members, but now it is fairly easy to maintain - our VPM does that after each meeting. If he misses a meeting he can refer to the agenda. It is a manual exercise. We only "allowed" one person to edit it, but you can set it up so that all members can view it and ask them to let you know if there are errors. It also relies on members belonging to multiple clubs letting the VPM know when they have completed projects elsewhere. We find it to be a very handy tool for our Club Success Plan
