we want to give our "Other Officer" the same rights to the agenda as our VP-Ed, primarily to make changes post-meeting. Will this be something to look forward to in the future?

Negative... Not going to do that, since Other Officer is not a specific person and is not really an officer role... It is really more like a grouping or category of people.

The intention is allow up to 3 officers to be given access to specific modules. (There is a limit for historical and logistical reasons.) However, since any number of members can be made "Other Officer", it would break the rule, if "Other Officer" could be assigned.

However, despite that, the system would allow modules to be assigned to a specific member by *name*. Support for that is already in place in the server code to allow the mentoring coordinator to be a non-officer. You just need to convince Brian that it would be worth allowing this access delegation by member name to be set up for the admin modules. ;)

I like the idea of allowing individual access. That would be particularly useful during the May-June handover period when the new VPE is learning the system and preparing July agendas, or as Roger says for a someone else to make post meeting changes.
