If the Role report could catalog the roles into CL or CC completions that would be great.

Capturing the Speech project or Leadership project and associating it with a project would help the member focus on their compoletions

Yeah, other people have suggested that also. It is going to take some work to get implemented.

Basically, the complicating issue is if someone joins a club after having been in another club (already has done some speeches) or if when a club starts using FTH and their members have already done work towards their awards.

In essence, the system needs a way to allow entering "a starting point" for members other than a default 0 speeches completed.

Another complication is when someone does speeches outside their club. Currently, the work around for that is to put a dummy agenda in with just one role, a speech, that the person is assigned to.

The other thing about this is who has the authority to set or change the "starting point"?

Can someone just go in and adjust their own "starting point" for the speech count?\

I was thinking much more simply.
Cataloging speeches by manual and leadership by project /leadership level

Ice breaker - always applies to CC

Accepting an Award always applies to the advanced manual Specialty speeches, etc

Mentoing a club applies to ALSilver

Make sense.

Not a running work, but acategory that when it is downloaded to Excel, it has that key attached to it

Well, one thing I am already considering for the agenda stuff is a way to "tag" agenda roles by project # so they can be reported on via the tags. For example, apply CL1, CL2, etc. to different roles so that they can be associated with CL projects.

Maybe there is some relevance to speeches also. E.g., being able to tag a speech as ACB1 or ACB2, etc.

Whatever is done needs to be flexible since the moment I make it very specific, the educational "framework" will change and make it all obsolete.
