I have been asked to add the speech durations to the Agenda to assist with the timer. I have tried adding these to the text of each Agenda item, however this is very labour intensive as I have set up Agendas for the full year already. Also, for the ones that I have set up, the durations are not clearly visible as they get lost in other text already there.

What wold be preferable is to have a separate column with times for each light colour such as 5min (G): 6min (A), 7min (R). Or even with appropriate coloured symbols.

Can this be added to FTH agendas?

I've moved this to the Improvement Suggestions area. I'd also like to eventually have editable time columns

For the current process, if your agenda roles are not yet allocated, you could edit your templates to include the timing instructions and delete/recreate the agendas, rather than laboriously doing each of them. These can be made bold to make them stand out from the rest of the description.
