I was Club and Area International Speech Contest Chair in March 2015. I was delighted to find a template for the Club level of the Contest - I could cancel roles as needed. I tried to use the same template for the Area contest. I was not able to add more Contest Team roles such as Ballot Counters, Judges.
Please improve the International Speech Contest Agenda template to suit the Area Contest Team needs.

Apart from the meeting templates supplied with FTH, all other templates are created by club officers (usually the VPE). They can be made into a dated agenda by the VPE or webmaster. Once someone has signed up to be the Toastmaster or Chairperson for that agenda, that person can edit the agenda. As the Contest Chair for the club contest you could have added roles for the ballot counters and judges, etc.. Typically you would assign zero time to those roles. That agenda could then be saved as a template for future use.

You couldn't use the agenda for your Area contest as you can't assign roles to non-members.
