We print off and use the Multiple Meeting Sign-up sheet every week. It is passed around during the meeting for people to sign up for roles in the upcoming meetings

When we click on it to print up the five future meetings, it shows the first meeting on the list as the meeting we are participating in. Those roles had already been established and filled before we got to the meeting…

We would like to show the next five scheduled meeting agendae, rather than the current agenda and the next four agendae.

Our VP Ed has asked if the Sign-up form would print out the five future agendae, instead of the current agenda and the next four agendae. The expectation is that it will print out future meetings which we could sign up for.

If people don’t look at the actual dates shown on the sign-up sheet, then they make bad assumptions.

When the system was first developed, what was the intent of the “Multiple Meeting Sign-up Sheet? Was it initially designed to show the next five meetings, or the current plus the next four? The VP Ed is of the opinion that at one time it printed out the next five, rather than current plus four. Was that the case?

I know there is an easy solution: select the next meeting date agenda, then print the Multiple Meeting Sign-Up Sheet to get the next five agendae.

But is there a way to have the Sign-Up sheet print the next five agendae without having to change the date in the window?
