I would love a real data dump of the agenda database. Currently I am using the "role report", which DOES allow limited date range selection (thank you), and DOES dump in .xls format (thank you), but has the unfortunate characteristic that each cell is in character format and contains two numbers separated by a "/" - very difficult to process within a spreadsheet (but possible if you REALLY want to)

I have viewed the other posting for an "API for Agenda Details" and think I mostly agree with what they are saying, but don't understand a lot of it. I want the data - but I don't want to write a lot of code to get it - and if this is the only choice you give me than I will figure out how to go down that path (I'm a retired techie - not up to date on the latest and greatest, but I'll go there if pressed).

What I am trying to do: I keep my historical agendas up to date - and would like to mine both historical and future data for various uses (all within Excel or Google Sheets). My most recent goal has been to use the historical data to create a "Most Due" report (longest since last participation) - to identify the members that are "Most Due" to be Toastmaster, to Speak, or to serve as an Evaluator (among other things). I distribute this along with the "Multiple Meeting Signup Sheet" as a way to "Encourage" members to signup.

I am not looking for a "Report", per se - as I don't really want the data to be formatted to print nice - I want it to function in a spreadsheet. Dates should be in a format that excel (or google sheets) will interpret as a date, numbers should function as numbers, and you are welcome to give me lots and lots of columns - so that you do not have to combine numbers in character fields with "/"s between them.

Let me get my hands on the raw data - and you'd be amazed at what can be done with a lowly spreadsheet (or better, for those that ARE up on the latest and greatest).
