TOPIC:

1) Add a new UPCOMING EVENTS field to list upcoming club meetings or events (TLI, Conferences, Contests, ....); new field might appear (and optionally be printed) at end of agenda, before or after current MEETING NOTES field. It might be constructed similar to current MEETING NOTES, but with added functionality to emphasize text strings using bold; Italics; underlined.

2) OR expand the flexibility of the current MEETING NOTES field by adding the additional functionality suggested above. Seeing several events listed in one long sentence does not have the same impact as seeing individual events listed separately.
(Unfortunately nobody in my club uses the MEETING NOTES field to report their planned absences, where running everything into one line make sense.)

You can do this now just by allocating an agenda item at the bottom for that called UPCOMING EVENTS and put the details in the role/item description, which allows for bold, italics, etc.

Thanks, Steve, I hadn't thought to do that. I add this new "UPCOMING MEETING & EVENTS" agenda item on my next agenda template and see how it works.
