There's no option to print the agenda without the educational awards next to each name, is there?

The reason we need this option is because we're supposed to exclude the educational awards next to each name when printing the contest agenda. Hope you can add this feature soon before club contests begin!

Thanks

1) Always provide your club number.

2) FTH does not add the educational awards after people names they do it themselves. If you want to remove the you will need to edit the members name records.

You should add an option that for a specific agenda, you can simply make the agenda hide the educational awards at the end of each name. We only need to hide the educational awards on contest agendas (to help prevent judging bias).

I would also recommend that you use a separate field to store award suffixes (or use checkboxes so users select their award suffixes). This would make it easier to remove them.

If you do not want the educational awards, then just remove them from membership management.

The thing is that we want educational awards to appear on all of the agendas, except for those two times of year when we hold contests. The problem is that there is no easy way to toggle them on/off for just the contests.

No one else has ever asked for this. If enough other clubs reply to this thread in favor of it, then I will give it due consideration as my time permits.

While I am not arguing for or against the desire to remove the educational and leadership levels, I would like to point this out.

There is no rule in any contest rulebook stating that educational and leadership levels must be removed for contests. The judges sign a Judges Certification of Eligibility and Code of Ethics form for all contests.
