If I select a Manual speech on the agenda, the agenda should adjust to the time for that speech and the Toastmaster, or another responsible officer, should be informed.

Most times for speeches are ranges, so this is not as clear and simple as you may think. Also, if the time adjustment causes the meeting to end after its intended time, then that is a problem.

I do have a strategy in mind for the future on this, but it is not very straight forward.

Not particularly useful for our club. (8792 Southern Berkshire, Massachusetts) We do not print the times on our agenda, only the order of activities, since there is no way to tell in advance how long a particular speech will be. The Toastmaster and Topics master make the adjustments to meeting activities "on the fly" to ensure the meeting ends on time. What would be most useful is an API, for the agenda, particularly for retrieving the content of agenda. We currently have to copy/paste each agendum from the web page to create our printed agenda.

The matter of meetings running over should be resolved by bringing the change of timings to the attention of the TM or another responsible officer.
