Right now if we have an agenda where a speech's title isn't filled in, but the manual/speech/time is selected, the manual/speech/time isn't on the printed agenda. It would be great if the manual/speech/time showed on the printed agendas even if the speech title isn't filled in.

This is also important so evaluators can see what speech a speaker is giving (so they know whether it'll be appropriate for them to evaluate it). We have speakers that sign up, but they don't put a speech title in until a few days before the meeting. The agenda should show the manual/project that was entered even if the speech title hasn't been entered yet.

If the user enters a temporary value, e.g. "TBA", at the time they select the project, the details will show.

I think this is a good approach.

The main problem would be getting all the users to actually enter TBA. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to just show the project if that information was entered but they haven't entered their title yet.
