Hello,

FTH2 allows club members to select the speech assignment associated with each speech. But, the assignments in the leadership manuals are not listed as options.

Please, add an option for the VPE to map the specific leadership roles to the manual assignments (like is currently done for the speech assignments)

Thanks

The all roles are captured in the Roles reports.

Please read ALL the documentation on this site.

Brian,

Thank you for your prompt reply 8-)

The roles are captured by the role report.
However, the Speech Report has the Name, Date, Assigned Duration, Title, Manual/Project, and Introduction.
By contract, the Role Report has only Name, Date, and Role

Could the Manual/Project be added to the Meeting Agenda so that it's reflected on the Role Report?

Having the Role Report reflect greater detail helps the VPE to track progress toward the leadership awards.

I will send to the Suggestion Forum, but as the CL manual will disappear shortly and not be replaced in Pathways I do not think we will be spending time on this.

Let me interject a caveat into this discussion. The leadership roles can only be counted towards the leadership awards if they are evaluated. Speeches are typically always evaluated, while meeting roles may or may not be, depending upon the member and the club. Fulfilling the role should not be an automatic pass towards the award.
