Do the agenda templates disappear after any changes have been made at the back end?

Looking after two club freetoasthost websites, I spent a lot of time putting up meeting and competition templates.

It was a real pain, and a duplication of effort, not being able to just import/export one club template into the other club, but I persevered and put them in place.

There was stubbornness from some of the longer term members, who refused to use freetoasthost (they are quite high up in our local hierarchy) and even after I listened, and we worked out solutions, they still wanted alternatives.

I fought for us to use freetoasthost, so you can understand it was a bit of a shock to discover that all my template agendas from last year have disappeared. I thought I'd set up our agendas so that it would be very easy for our club officer successors in the new year.

Can you please advise?

Have you tried this solution: click the List All Agendas checkbox ?

I missed the current posts on the problem when I first checked for answers - it seems it has happened to a lot of other people as well.

Please see the section entitled "Save an existing agenda as a template" for a way to easily reproduce your templates from dated agendas.

That works. For anyone else reading this, make sure you select the check box, view all agendas.

The other tip, is that because the competition normally starts half an hour earlier than a normal meeting - for the registrations - I just looked for the early start, and easily found the agenda to save as the missing template.
