Hello,

In order to better evaluate each speaker, we have decided to use the section "speech introduction" under Speaker# to list the speech requirements for each speaker. The introduction is actually handed by the speaker to it's evaluator at each meeting.
This will help each members to better evaluate the speakers by knowing what the requirements are.
This section never appears on the printed agenda, only the project/time and project/title are listed.
How can I include the "speech introduction" info into the printed agenda? I couldn't find any settings under the console admin.
Thank you for your help.

Florence

You can't.

The space is for the introduction, not designed for any other purpose. The speakers are supposed to have their manuals at the meeting for the evaluator to complete and sign

We do try and use the Speech Introduction area for exactly that, but I can not get it to print on the agenda either. I always have to print it separately. Is there a way we can get it to print on the agenda?

The speech introductions are printed by the Toastmaster or the speaker. They are not part of the printed agenda. The Toastmaster is the only person who reads the speakers introduction.

I rather like the idea of including the speech objectives on the printed agenda - but there are a few things to consider:
Speakers often leave it to the last minute to add their details - could be after some members have printed their agendas
They will take up even more agenda space - I have trouble keeping my club agendas on two pages (1 double sided sheet).

A possible workaround, somewhat clunky, would be to enter the objectives in the role description area, but who should add them? VPE, Toastmaster, Speaker (speakers would have to be given editing rights if they are to add them).
