During a recent TLI event we received a sample agenda (attached). Years ago I used something similar but not as full bodied as this one. Because it is a manual process and doesn't work as the agenda taken directly off the FTH 2.0 site, it is painful as you add in so many names and change the times, etc. You can see however that it looks very professional.

I read requests from years ago about getting something like this to work, but nothing current. Is there any way to do this in the current site? Having a professional looking agenda that guests take back to their office is quite the marketing tool, and we do this every week. It would be extremely helpful to have this automated to a template design that fits the club.

Not sure what you are referring to. You make references to "Like this" and "to do this".

If you would like to make a suggestion please post it in the improvement suggestion forum and provide the references.

I read requests from years ago about automating using a completely different template, but found nothing current. Is there any way to use a completely different template and have the site populate it as it does with the other templates? Having a professional looking agenda that guests take back to their office is quite the marketing tool, and we do this every week. It would be extremely helpful to have this automated to a template design that fits the club.

That is an example of a very old TI style agenda. If you want to use that style you will have to do it manually.

Thank you. It's a shame we can't combine the efficiency of the programming with graphic appeal to the masses.

Actually your example has no graphical appeal to many clubs they use their own format and not the antiquated example TI posted decades ago.
