Right now when roles are assigned, the members list shows how many times they have taken that role previously. It would be great if the members list is sorted based on last time they took the role.
For example: if user A took the role 5 weeks ago and user B took the role last week. The pull down menu should show, [the Number of times] this is how it works and [How long ago was the last role for this member] Name of member.
[1] [5] A
[1] [1] B
Member A is first since member A took the role 5 weeks ago vs member B took ti last week. Sort order: frequency then most recent.

This would help to schedule the role fairly.
Thanks

Please always enter your club name and number so that we know what club you are referring too and also these types of emails are great, however you should post them in the group where others post their suggestions... Good suggestion!

I was thinking the exact same thing recently. The attached spreadsheet shows the date that the member last completed the role. You have to copy and paste the role report onto the first tab, but it works pretty good.

This has some merit and value. However, I would want to do this sort of thing as a changeable option. To do that, I need to put a control somewhere to allow changing the option state. (Would probably be radio buttons or a drop-down to change sort order.)

Not much room for another control in the row details around the drop-down. I could put something in the Agenda Global Settings, but then you are stuck with what ever the person that last set that had the setting at.

Hmmm....
