I am the new VP Educ for club 769, Statement Makers, www.statementmakers.org. I would like to create agendas for several meetings in the future. Can the software use history (previous meetings) to automatically generate future meeting roles, so that members are not assigned the same roles too often? Otherwise, I must do this manually. If this is not a feature, I would sure like it to be. I find that club members can plan their future involvement and take part better if a schedule is created ahead of time (by the VPE or Toastmasters). Thank you.

There is no auto generated roles available can at this time.

For roles that do not change ie Sgt@Arms, you can set them in the template.

Brian is correct and if you ever want for anyone to look at your website you need to put your club number and name of the club in your signature

One thing you can do *now* is to hover your mouse cursor over the names in member drop-down in the dated agenda editor.

You will see a pop-up with a little "mini-report" for the highlighted person that shows how many times the person has done the role, the last time they did it, any sign-ups in the future, etc.

Thank you for the reply. I'd like to submit a vote for this feature. Using another application that is no longer supported, I could create several future agendas, where the software would automatically take into account:
- Planned absences
- Whether a member had the experience to play a meeting role
- How often they had done a role (so as not to repeat too often)
Our club members are "lazy" when it comes to communicating. I would prefer to be in charge of future role assignments rather than depending on them to sign themselves up. But, we will do our best to use your application. Thank you for listening and supporting our club web site for many years.
