I see that a few people have asked for a theme to be added to the agenda with work arounds suggested. I agree that a Theme should be added to the meeting roles with an open text box available. This way the theme will print on both the agenda and the five week agenda.

I have used the work arounds such as putting it in the header but this requires too many steps. If I want to add several themes it takes time and this doesn't show up on the five week agenda.

If you want for anyone to look at the website, you need to tell us your club number. I could help if you go to your profile here on this site, and it there. That way you do not need to type it in each and every time you ask a question.
