How about formatting the agenda information into a presentation format?
Either, export the agenda into a common presentation software format (like Powerpoint), or, use the browser to present the information.
Either way, swap between showing a simple list of all agenda items, and showing a single agenda item with more detail.

If the browser is used, FTH could format the agenda items's duration time with a background color of green/yellow/red/flashing red. (The meeting timer could run the presentation mode and be the brains to detect when each timed event starts and ends)

You can copy and paste the FTH agenda into any software you want and format it however you want.
