995- State Farm Windjammers- Heather Caldwell VP PR. We are having an issue with agenda roles getting overwritten or simply disappearing. It is as though the role appears empty to some members and filled to others. Our VP of ED filled out some roles. I personally signed up for a couple roles. Other members did too. When I went in to look for something today, my roles are changed and some speakers are eliminated from the agendas. This appears to be happening automatically. Nobody with agenda admin rights has touched it. I think it is more than a timing issue if someone was assigned to a role before, and now it's just been deleted. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

You will need to be more specific.
Agenda date, roles and members involved at least.

Thank you,

I cannot explain it. A few weeks back, there was an instance where one member (Deborah Sparks) had been on the agenda for some time to be the Table topics master, and right before the meeting, another member (Cherie Monical) went in and didn't see anyone signed up, so she signed up. At the time it seemed like an honest mistake. Next, the VP of ED (Erin Easter) input speaking roles for a number of members that signed up via clipboard at a meeting. They all seemed to be entered and saved. This would have been early August maybe? Next thing I know on Aug 30th, member Deborah Sparks goes to the agenda to update her speech information, and it isn't there? Somehow, Crystal Dyer signed up in that slot (she did not see Deborah Sparks signed up, she only saw an open speech slot). Now, we all agreed there could have been a mistake by the VP of Ed, something not saved. But last week, I myself (Heather Caldwell signed up for an evaluate #1 role on 9/26 and toastmaster on 10/10. Yesterday Tina Hazlett, who was originally signed up as Speaker #1 for the 9/12 meeting agenda (one of those entered by VP ED in previous month), noticed her name was no longer on the agenda. Sarah Irwin, who had signed up as speaker #2, had been move to Speaker #1 (I wouldn't remember this except I happen to mentor both these members, so it was a rare occurrence for them both to give speeches on the same day. While I was in the agenda, I went to the next meeting 9/26, to see if anything appeared to have changed. And there was Donna Gierig's name signed up as Elevator #1, where I am almost certain I had signed up the previous week. And the strangest thing, was that somehow my name was moved to Evaluator #1 on 10/10, and my role as toastmaster for that date was eliminated.

I am not the most tech savvy person. Is there a way for me to track the activity of members on the website, other than the member access log that tells me when someone last logged in? It doesn't appear that any of these problems would have occurred due to simultaneous data entry. To be honest, I don't even know how to prove to you that these things happened. But there have been too many issues for this not to be some technical issue. I'm happy to answer any additional questions, I just don't know where to start with this issue.

There is a serious bug in the platform that I mentioned a while back that can cause this: support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...meeting-agenda#63295
