Jim,

1. Please always include your club number in all posts or put it into your forum signature (better)... see my sig for a a link to your profile to edit your forum sig. We really do need your club number to offer any real support.

2. Do not use your email address as your user name... really bad idea. Forums are public, and you will likely increase your risk of spam.

3. What do you mean by "auto-fill". Unless you are specific we have to guess. It seems like you are wanting to insert names into a Toastmaster introduction. However, while "Toastmaster introduction" may mean something specific to you, it is not clear what you mean in the FTH context.

Hi Steve,

Our Toastmaster introduction - the description of the role - contains the following text
Grammarian Word Master _______________

Timer & Vote Counter _______________

Table Topics Master _______________

General Evaluator _______________

I would like those names auto filled when someone signs up for those roles so I do not have to keep entering the data every week after printing the agenda
