Clicking "Update Meeting Notes" when blank should not add notes 5 years 3 months ago #73328

What's happening is that some members think they need to click "Update Meeting Notes" at the bottom of the page after they change anything on the agenda.

When someone clicks that and the box is blank, it adds their name with no message to the meeting notes. I recommend you change it so that if the box is blank, it doesn't add the person's name to the notes with a blank message.
