When a club has leadership committees under each official club officer (Education Committee, Membership Committee, Public Relations, Finance Committee, Hospitality Committee, etc) it would be nice to be able to delegate certain admin access to members who are not officially the club officer. For example, we would like a member who is assisting the VPE on the Education Committtee to be able to create/edit agendas.
In Membership Management, there is an option to list a member as an "Other Officer", but I don't see that option come up in the drop down menus for agendas and other things.

When the agenda is created the roles can be designated has having update access. So roles like Toastmasters or Chair can be given update access to the agenda then the individuals signing up for those roles will have update access for that dated agenda.

Also, you have to set people as Other Officer in Membership Management for them to show up in the Access Settings. There is a limit of 3 officers/other officers that can be designated for each type of Access.
