One of my clubs is just getting started in Pathways as we finished manuals in the prior education program. I am the current VPE learning Pathways and my role as Base Camp Manager. Last night, I was excited to see that I can access Evaluation Forms when speakers sign up, ahead of time, and choose their correct speech. Can we allow all members to print?

- Evaluators: so they can prepare.
- Members: so they can follow along and learn, if they choose.

When I was executing Advanced Manuals under the prior system, I always printed the evaluations for everyone attending the meeting. That way, they could read and understand exactly what the speech was about and what the manual’s goals were for me, as a speaker. It made a huge difference: most meeting attendees were still working on their CC manual.

I’m guessing that this request has been addressed. I’d love to see the change or know why the access to the evaluations, through agendas, is limited to just two club roles.

We have the information. However, we have it in a split up format by project for the agendas.

If you want it as a massive PDF file, that has already been done and was provided by George Marshall.

We could add that as default file content like we do for new websites, but I really do not want to put a lot of effort into reformulating something that is already essentially a reformulation of something else (George's PDFs).

Since Pam has done a thank you on this, perhaps she would be willing to put some effort into this. If she is interested, I will do my part to assist her. If we could just provide links on our server to some common PDF files, that would work I think.
