For emailing agendas, please add MEETING EVALUATORS to the "send this email to" drop-down list.  This will be extremely helpful in sending a reminder to these folks to determine before the meeting the speaker they are evaluating, and to get to the meeting early enough to get the evaluation sheet.  We have seen speakers and evaluators scrambling just as the meeting is starting, and they should have taken care of this earlier (especially new members).  We are trying to instill responsibility and advanced planning, so we want to send reminders to the MEETING EVALUATORS.

Thank you for your time.

I realize that this may seem like it is a simple addition...

However, this will require quite a bit of additional logic and new code to be added. This is why I *purposely* omitted this from the Send To drop-down in the past. Therefore, do not expect to see this added anytime soon.

Reason: We do not have a consistent way to determine evaluators independent of text searches on the role title, which are very problematic (unreliable) and I refuse to use those anymore as a result. Clubs word role titles very differently and when you consider language differences it is even more complex.

Deciphering which roles are evaluators and which speaker that they are evaluating in a way that does not depend on parsing the text in the role titles is a big "can of worms" that I have not yet summoned the motivation to "open".

It is also why the Pathways Evaluator Forms button shows up for the Speaker rather than the Evaluator role (think about it).

Right now, only humans reading the text in the role titles can determine which Evaluators go with which Speakers. The system currently has no good way to determine those roles which limits what types of things can be done with those special roles.

Hello,

For the drop-down list we would not need to know which Evaluator goes with which Speaker. Since Evaluator is an official Toastmasters title, such as General Evaluator, can we have an "Evaluator" option, and any made-up non-official-toastmasters title simply be ignored. I image that made-up titles are already ignored.
