Is it possible to have added to the page a tab/section for club calendars? Yes, I know members can go to the Agendas to get an agenda for a single upcoming meeting. The Club Calendar is used for club events (and is public).

What I'm looking for is the ability to fill in roles 3 months in advance so members can look online and see that they have a speech coming up in 2 weeks, or 6 weeks, or they're a TM next month.

Right now I'm tracking all of this on an excel spreadsheet that I then print as a resource for members. I'd rather have that change to online.

As a bonus, it would be great to get those roles to hook into upcoming agendas, at least as a rough draft for the TM to edit as necessary.

RogerM Visitor	You can create as many agendas as far in advance as you choose. The sign up sheet can then be run for as many meetings as you choose as well to show is already signed up.

But what I'm asking for is a schedule tab on the site where someone can click on a date and see what the roles are, or perhaps click on their name and see what their upcoming roles and related dates are. Is something like that possible or in the works for the site. Thanks, Brian
