I really like your idea a few months back about adding the "Best" of each category to the agenda as a non-printing item for the secretary's notes. As these are known at the end of the meeting, would it be possible to unlock the reconciled feature so that doesn't have to be done the next day? Or is there a reason for this? (Couldn't find answer in the docs)

Actually not my idea... another user's idea. Many good ideas come from other users.

The reconciled checkbox visibility works off the same "ispast agenda logic" as everything else.
This means it only looks at the date (not the time) to determine if it is a past meeting agenda.

I could change that logic, but it will affect a number of other things, also, and the date/time math will involve time zones and determining the *end* of the meeting to see if it is past. (it is a bit complicated) I just have not gone down that rabbit hole yet.

I tried to trick the date counter by setting the date ahead one day on my computer but the reconcile box didn't appear on today's agenda. So much for being sneaky. It's just that I usually 'reconcile' the agenda during the meeting and forget to go back in to check the box. If the box isn't checked what will it affect? P. S. I couldn't find anything in the docs about this feature.

It is just mainly an awareness thing, but it also affects how reliable the role reports are. You can see how many agendas were reconciled if you click the report basis button in the role reports pop-up. This gives you a clue how reliable the reports will be.
