I am continually impressed with all the functionality cobbled together into FreeToastHost. I wouldn't be surprised if the feature I am looking for is in here somewhere! In any case, I can't find it...

It is great that the system dynamically calculates the start time of each portion of the meeting based on the duration of the prior portions. However, a certain part of our meeting - the GENERAL EVALUATION should always start at the same time so that we finish on time. (That means that the number of TABLE TOPICS could be extended or cut short accordingly.) Is there a way that we can formally set GENERAL EVALUATION to start at a fixed time?

There is absolutely no way I am going back to that. Even if we had fixed times on the agenda, it does not guarantee anything, and it it does not absolve your club of proper meeting management.
