marc33 Topic Author Offline Moderator Posts: 270 Thank you received: 55	Everyone in the club got the same emailed agenda with their name inserted using the firstname variable; there's no way to remove people from the list that I know are either a) not going to be there, lor b) are already on the agenda. ..or job is to make your life harder while you improve the software

Can an option be added under Send this email to: in the email agenda module that would cover these cases. One that would allow for the choice of people to exclude from the email and another that would exclude people on the agenda. (the second one seems more relevant) Sorry Brian
