We use the Toast Host Calendar for all events including out club executive meetings. When putting the monthly meetings into the calendar, the only option I could find to identify the meeting is "club meeting"
Would you create an option to identify an "executive officer meeting."
So that when visitors and club members look at the club calendar, they are not confused by the monthly club executive meeting that is labeled as a "club meeting" thank you

When you create an agenda for a club meeting it puts an entry into the calendar.
You can also manually add entries to the club Calendar, suggest you do this for your Executive meetings.

Thank you, I am aware of both options/solutions you provided. However, when building a meeting agenda and saving the template as "Executive Committee Meeting Agenda"; when used it still appears in the club calendar as "Club Meeting"

I must be missing a menu option somewhere? After building a executive meeting agenda I want the meeting to be visible in the calendar as "Executive Committee Meeting" not "Club Meeting"

The wording and styling for club meetings on the calendar is fixed and cannot be changed at this time.

If enough other users want some options added for that, we may consider an update in the future.
