Hello,

I am my club's VPE, and I noticed a common issue (user error) in the agenda section. Members who sign up as prepared speakers frequently pick the Dynamic Leadership Path when selecting their project details from the blue "Choose Path/Project" button. I correct this on almost every agenda, as do other VPEs. Is there a way to make it so that when you click that button, everything is collapsed? This would be fantastic! I attached a screenshot of what this looks like and why people choose incorrectly because Dynamic Leadership is expanded. This incorrect choice by members, if not caught by the VPE, makes reconciling Pathways and meeting info difficult.

If all Paths/Projects are collapsed from the getgo, members may choose the correct one.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Vanessa

The selection is presented in 2 ways all collapsed or all expanded.
To use the drop down
select collapse all
enter your path in the search box
expand the path and select your project

Hi Brian,

Is there a way for the website to be configured so that everything is collapsed from the start? Like when a user clicks that button everything is collapsed already from the getgo? May take some coding, but I think it would be a great improvement rather than having that Dynamic Leadership Path expanded when you click the button.

Thanks!

Sincerely,
Vanessa

That is the way it was and a bunch complained they couldn't find their projects.

We can't seem to please everyone. Sorry.
