I inadvertently created three copies of an agenda for the same date and time. Not quite sure how - it was not from the + sign as I was intending to edit an existing agenda, not create a new one. In either case i would be good if the system gave a warning that this was being done and required a positive action to do it.

You didn't change the date when you created the new agenda.
Many clubs have asked for multiple agendas on the same date. We will not be accepting your suggestion.

If we are just detecting this situation and just providing a warning pop-up (nothing else), we could probably do that. :)

However, as Brian notes, some clubs will want to keep the current ability to create multiple meeting agendas on the same day. (e.g. for club meeting and exec meeting on same day)

Thanks Steve, A warning would be appreciated - perhaps one with a "Do not show this again" button for those who do it deliberately. It was easy to inadvertently create the duplicated agendas.
