How hard would it be to implement a "timed send" function? Lack of this function was noted earlier ( Message 72304 ), but today, with Zoom meeting the norm, Zoom bombing the annoying after affect, and changes to Zoom links frequent and uncoordinated, it would be nice to have a timed e-mail sent to members 15 minutes (30 min? an hour?) before a meeting start saying "Here's today's Meeting Link." Maybe as an option in the Agenda set up if you choose online meetings?

PS have loved the new agenda format options EVEN MORE during COVID because it's so hard to get the TMOD to generate and send one out in a timely fashion. Thanx for that!

FTH will not have automated email sending as it just ends up with the FTH server being labeled as a source of spam.
As it is, I have to deal with club officers marking email from their clubs as spam.

Thank you,

OK, that's sad but it makes sense.

Thanx for the quick response.

Jim,

I can assure you that what you are requesting is not a new request, but like so many requests that we will never honor, there is a good bit of history behind FreeToastHost, and our responses come from a lot of that experience, To prevent abuse and risky behaviors, we purposely put limits on what users do by limiting the design of certain features, implementing "guardrails", and in some cases just refusing to implement a feature.
