Since six or more Toastmasters clubs (e.g., High Spirit, Mindfulness, Wellness, San Francisco Mandarin English, Study Group) use the custom agenda format (attached), can developers consider features to emulate the project info table with variables in the Meeting Description tab or agenda format among the printing options whereby each project's info (e.g., Speaker Name, Speech Title, Project Description and Number, Time Range, and Evaluator) appears on one line in table? This visual design would save space to help agendas fit on one page while making it logical to read the relevant project info side by side (from left to right) instead of scrolling down.

Moved to improvement suggestions.
You are but 6 of 12,000 clubs that use FTH. So far you are the only ones that use a format such as you have presented.
If we get enough requests we may consider in the future.

Thank you,

Thanks for the quick response and moving this to improvement suggestions! Here are two questions:
1. How many requests in support of this suggestion do we need for your team to consider implementing in the future?
2. How (e.g., reply to this post, Change.Org) should we enlist support for this improvement suggestion?

Many thanks again for being a responsive and supportive community that created this helpful resource!

While the agenda format our club uses is different than the one attached in this thread, we also would like to see a more flexible format, or the ability to download agenda as variables (Perhaps an XML file for which we could create an XSLT or other schema file to format the output ?) that we could use in preparing our own agenda. Currently we do a lot of cut and paste to prepare printed agenda for our meetings. Because many (probably most) clubs use custom formats for agenda, having a single, static format does not serve most of use very well.

An agenda improvement that I would very much like to see is a dropdown associated with each speech and each evaluation to indicate the order in which they should be presented. Our club always schedules speeches in the order of least experienced to most experienced members, regardless of the order in which they sign up) . Matching the correct evaluator with the correct speaker also takes a lot cut and paste to prepare the printed product.

FTH is NOT Open Source.
People who see this post can chime in on it.
It will require a majority of FTH clubs to state a requirement.
