Many clubs have 'manual' meeting templates with a nifty Page 2 containing
- a Description of every role
- a chart with typical timings

See the attached PAGE 2 sample in a PDF document

We find it most helpful for guests and new members.

I'd do it myself, but my HTML is non-existent. I'm an old Cobol programmer. I can insert the HTML in the Agenda ' Add a item' field to change the size of the font, but I really do not know how to add an INSERT CRLF and Advance Page Break.

I think it would be really cool.

As most clubs are wanting only 1 page agenda, probably not something we would pursue.

Now you can do this easily for your club in MS word.
Create your page 2 leaving page 1 blank, this is your template.
Go to print your agenda but cancel the printing.
Take the print page from your agenda, copy and paste into the page 1 of your word document.

The role descriptions can be entered into the relevant role description portions of the agenda (template). Members have the option of including the descriptions or not when printing their agendas.
At my home club we have a handbook with more detailed role descriptions (about 1 page each). We've uploaded the pages in File Manager and include a link to the relevant role description from the description portion of the agenda template. Role takers can open those directly from the online or emailed agenda. Guests are given a double-sided printed agenda with the summary version of the role descriptions.
